Website Design Questions
How long does a website project take? +

Project timelines depend on the package you select. The Emerald package is delivered in 5 business days. The Sapphire package is delivered in 10 to 14 business days. The Onyx package is delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. The Acuity Experience is delivered in 2 to 3 business days. All timelines begin only after all required materials have been submitted in full.

What do I need to provide before we start? +

You will need to provide your logo, brand colors, any existing website copy or content, and your images. If you are purchasing the Full Website Copywriting add-on, we handle the writing for you. If you are purchasing the Domain and Hosting Setup add-on, you will need to purchase your domain and hosting and provide us with access. We handle everything else from there.

How many revisions are included? +

The Emerald package includes one round of revisions. The Sapphire package includes two rounds of revisions. The Onyx package includes two rounds of revisions plus a final polish pass before launch. A revision round covers layout and design feedback, copy edits, image swaps, and spacing adjustments. It does not include a completely new design direction, additional pages, or changes to the original project scope.

What if I need more pages than my package includes? +

Additional pages are available as an add-on at $150 per page. Each additional page is built to match your existing site seamlessly. Available page types include FAQ, Testimonials, Investment or Pricing, Booking, Landing, Thank You, Blog, and Team pages.

What is your payment structure? +

The Emerald package requires payment in full to reserve your project dates. A 50/50 split is available upon request. The Sapphire package is split as 50% to book, 25% at design preview, and 25% before final delivery. The Onyx package is split as 50% to book, 25% at the design midpoint, and 25% before final delivery.

What happens if I do not submit my content on time? +

Project timelines depend on timely client communication, content submission, feedback, and approvals. If required materials are not received by the agreed deadlines, your project may be paused and rescheduled based on studio availability. Delays caused by late materials or missed approvals may affect your launch date and may result in a project reactivation fee.

Do you build websites on platforms other than WordPress? +

Currently all website projects are built on WordPress using Elementor. If you have questions about whether WordPress is the right platform for your business, feel free to ask during your inquiry call.

How do I get started? +

Submit a short inquiry form here. We will review your project details and reach out to schedule a brief consultation call to make sure we are the right fit for each other. From there we confirm your package, collect your deposit, and get to work.

What exactly do you deliver? +

We deliver selected and refined final visuals created through a thoughtful process of concept development, creative direction, and careful curation. You receive finished images ready for use across your website, social media, ads, pitch materials, and marketing content. Unused drafts, test generations, and behind the scenes process work are not included in your deliverables.

How are your visuals created? +

All visuals created by Onyx + Orchid are AI-assisted. Each image begins with a creative concept, a defined mood and direction, and a careful refinement process. You may provide reference images of your garments, products, venues, or spaces to guide the visual direction. Final visuals are crafted as styled interpretations and reflect your brand at its most elevated.

Will the visuals look exactly like my product or space? +

Because every image begins with a concept rather than a camera, final visuals are styled interpretations and may not reproduce every physical detail with exact accuracy. For fashion and product clients, we position this service as a creative campaign interpretation rather than an exact product reproduction.

How many visuals will I receive? +

Visual count depends on your selected package. The Rose tier includes four to six final visuals. The Lily tier includes eight to twelve. The Orchid tier includes up to twenty. For fashion projects, visual count is scoped by number of looks in addition to total images. For venue projects, pricing is based on number of spaces styled.

How many revisions are included? +

The Rose tier includes one refinement round. The Lily tier includes two refinement rounds. The Orchid tier includes two refinement rounds plus a final polish pass. A refinement round may include minor mood or lighting adjustments, cropping recommendations, small styling corrections, and replacing one or two images that are not aligned. It does not include a new campaign concept, a completely different aesthetic direction, or recreating all visuals from scratch.

Do you offer retainers for ongoing visual content? +

Yes. Monthly visual content retainers are available to returning project clients. Retainer options include six, ten, or sixteen final visuals per month. Retainer pricing is confirmed at the time of inquiry. If you are interested in a retainer, mention it during your project inquiry and we will discuss it after your first project is complete.

What industries do you work with? +

We create visual campaigns for wedding venues and event spaces, fashion and bridal brands, beauty and fragrance brands, real estate and short-term rental properties, service-based businesses, and creative professionals. If your industry is not listed, reach out and we will let you know if we are a good fit.

Do you work with clients outside of the United States? +

Yes. We work with clients across the United States and internationally. All projects are managed remotely and communication is handled digitally, so location is not a barrier.

How do I know which service is right for me? +

If you are not sure which package or service fits your needs, submit an inquiry and describe your project. We will review your goals and guide you toward the right fit before you commit to anything.

Can I purchase more than one service at a time? +

Yes. Many clients combine a website design package with visual identity work or Acuity Experience setup. If you are interested in multiple services, mention that in your inquiry and we will discuss the scope and investment together.
